Regarding tws , any faction can take part apart from 1 man factions , NO 1 man factions will be allowed at all,any alt factions can however go on a map , will be no protected lands, if a no show on any tw then lose choice to bid following week if you bid following week gms will enter map , gms will monitor this .

TW Rules Consideration
Item #13 "Each land owned wether (sic) it be level 3, 2 or 1 will first be counted as 1 point."
This is not equitable to everyone. Consider the time and effort it takes to 1) cultivate members to participate, 2) gear up as resources allow to have the best equipment, 3) work as a cohesive team takes time and effort on behalf of the entire faction. Taking a level 2 or 1 requires quite a bit more organization and cooperation than a level 3 and for that, factions should be recognised. Taking a level 3 territory can be done by 2-3 people whereas a level 1 or 2 requires a lot more participation, better gear and a coordinated effort. To say a level 1 is equal to a level 3 is demeaning. Greater point value for a level 2 and level 1 also encourages factions to at least try to expand their knowledge, technique and personal value.
I would propose a more equitable scheme where level 3 is 1 point, level 2 is 2 points and level 1 is 3 points. That seems a fair way to reward those factions which make an effort to try the more difficult territories and imbues a sense of accomplishment to the successful faction. This would also encourage competition as the stronger factions such as Conqueror and Rebels would compete for the Level 2/3 territories, 1 level 3 equivalent to taking 3 level 1 therefor more level 1 available for smaller factions. As it is right now, there's a 'why bother' attitude for the more difficult levels and a sense of injustice that such accomplishments are not seen as worthy.

I completely concur with wezs' proposal. It is far more equitable for everyone.
may seem as such but territory wars isnt't only about having the largest faction to be able to take Archo or 1k, as we may as well just reset the map when they are taken if so. It's also about strategy, positioning on the map, and knowing when to take chances also. And tbh a rule change would guarantee that no faction other than rebels or CQ could ever win the map for the foreseeable future, as only those 2 factions can take a map 2 or 1. This has to be factored in also. And tbh as long as all factions are bound by the same rules, point value is irrelevant to a certain extent. Everyone knows the situation when the season starts so where people choose to bid is their decision. Last season I deliberately left the glory of bidding on Archo to gain a better position on the map. Turned out didn't matter as only Rebels were competition anyway lol. And lastly one thing overrides all the above anyway. We already bid on the map based on the current rules...
