Please add the Extreme action stone(ID: 48137) to the DM, similar to normal action stones but this one spawns an NPC to pick up all the primal quests from one NPC instead of running around primal to get them! Shouldn't be expensive maybe lucky coins as the price for them (Like 25 or something)
