 I was thinking that a contest of some kind in which the winner gets a boss named after them (maybe a flavor of the month type of rotation).

a donation type thing would be good but may not be fair to all.

a scavenger hunt would also be a possibility.

These are just a couple ideas I had.

 As an after thought, this contest could also include a one month title of some benefit to the winner each month.
