Is an NPC with 3 pages of crafting items which may be beneficial to the game. The PWData base does not give any location as to were he should be. So I don't really know if he is active or not, or if he can be placed in any particular location. I mentioned it to SAGA a while ago who stated that it might be in a later update. Would really be nice to have him for some of the items that can be crafted through him.
